Coastline Library Membership Agreement

1. Minimum term. My membership has a minimum term of 3 months. I authorize Coastline Films Co to charge my card for all 3 months of the minimum term, either today in full (prepaid) or once a month. I am responsible for all 3 months even if I stop using the library or try to cancel early, and payments are non-refundable. If a monthly payment fails, Coastline Films may retry my card and pause my access, and the rest of the minimum term becomes due.

2. Renewal. After 3 months, my membership renews automatically each month at the then-current price until I cancel. I can cancel anytime from my account page; if I cancel during the minimum term, my membership ends when the minimum term ends. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.

3. Billing disputes. I agree to contact Coastline Films at coastlinefilmsco@gmail.com before contacting my bank about any charge, and to give Coastline Films 10 business days to resolve it. I agree not to dispute, charge back, reverse or block any charge I authorized under this agreement. If I do, Coastline Films may immediately end my membership and licenses, and any unpaid amount for the minimum term, plus dispute fees and reasonable collection costs, becomes due right away.

4. Personal, non-transferable license. Every license is issued individually to a named person and a named social account, and it is non-transferable. Shoreline and Horizon include one license: one person and one social account. Estate includes five individual licenses: up to five named people or five named social accounts, each added from the account page. A license cannot be sold, assigned, lent or transferred to anyone else, including a client, a seller, another agent, a brokerage, a team member who isn’t named on my plan, or a marketing company. Clips downloaded on my membership may be used in content published while my membership is active, and that content may stay published after my membership ends.

5. No filters or recoloring. I will not change the color or look of any clip in any way. That includes filters, LUTs, presets, color grading or correction, recoloring, saturation, contrast or exposure changes, black and white, and AI or app effects that change the look of the footage. This applies on every plan, including Estate. I may trim or shorten a clip, crop or reframe it for a format, change its speed, and add my own text, logo, captions, voiceover and music.

6. No sharing. I will not share, send, upload, forward or give the downloaded files, or my login, to anyone else, and I will not allow anyone else to post, edit or use them. Only the licensed person may publish a clip, and only on the licensed account. If someone else needs footage, they need their own license. I may not resell or redistribute the files, add them to another stock library or template marketplace, use them to train AI, imply that Coastline Films endorses a business, or use them to misrepresent a property.

7. Breaking the license. If I break the license terms, Coastline Films may end my membership and every license on it without a refund, and require me to remove any content that uses the clips. Coastline Films may also charge a separate license fee for each unauthorized use and recover reasonable costs of enforcing these terms.

8. Signature. By typing my name and checking the boxes, I am signing this agreement electronically.
